In the case of Sister Centipede in particular, a very emotional scene in Phase 12 hinges on a throwback to her questions to Kaito on Twipo. That moment always hits because those interactions were tied to flags that the player was forced to engage with to reach this point, rather than just a missable side mode.

PHASE 12 SPOILERS
While being ordered to kill Kai and Airi, before betraying her master, Sister Centipede signals to Kai that she’s on his side by asking him the meaning of “Nocchiyo” in the same way she’s been asking him the meaning of different things on Twipo the whole game.
Kai catches on to this reference to their online ritual and is able to move to protect Airi. This was Sister Centipede and Kai’s final exchange before her data starts being deleted. Her goodbye. Nocchiyo.
